scl-90症状自评量表 (心理健康测试量表)

The Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) is a psychological self-report symptom inventory developed by Leonard R. Derogatis in the late 1970s. The SCL-90 is designed to evaluate a broad range of psychological problems and symptoms of psychopathology. It is also often used in measuring the progress and outcome of psychiatric and psychological treatments or for research purposes.

The inventory consists of 90 items and takes about 15 to 20 minutes to complete. Each item of the SCL-90 is rated on a five-point scale of distress ranging from "0" (not at all) to "4" (extremely), allowing inpiduals to indicate how much they have been bothered by that particular problem or symptom during the past week.

The SCL-90 assesses nine primary symptom dimensions:

1.Somatization: Reflects distress from perceptions of bodily dysfunction.

2.Obsessive-Compulsive: Indicative of obsessive-compulsive thoughts and behaviors.

3.Interpersonal Sensitivity: Measures feelings of personal inadequacy and inferiority in comparison with others.

4.Depression: Represents symptoms associated with clinical depression, such as mood, motivation, and hopelessness.

5.Anxiety: Assesses general signs of anxiousness and tension.

6.Hostility: Indicates thoughts, feelings, or actions that are characteristic of anger and aggression.

7.Phobic Anxiety: Pertains to symptoms involving persistent fears and phobias.

8.Paranoid Ideation: Reflects thoughts or attitudes often related to paranoia, such as projection, hostility, grandiosity, or suspiciousness.

9.Psychoticism: Indicates a broad range of symptoms suggestive of psychosis, like isolation or withdrawal, and schizotypal signs.

Additionally, the SCL-90 provides three global indices which are intended to measure overall psychological distress:

-Global Severity Index (GSI): Indicates the overall degree of psychological distress.

-Positive Symptom Distress Index (PSDI): Measures the intensity of symptoms.

-Positive Symptom Total (PST): Reflects the number of self-reported symptoms.

The SCL-90 can be used with inpiduals from a perse range of social and demographic background and has been translated into a number of different languages. It is important to note that the SCL-90 is not a diagnostic tool but rather helps in understanding the spectrum of a client's symptoms and their intensity. When the results suggest serious psychopathology, a more comprehensive evaluation should be conducted.
